The Resource Centre exists to access and distribute books and other publications for the members of the Institute of Cultural Affairs and Colleagues. Many of the books are on the cutting edge of social change and people empowerment. Please "open" or "download" the file on the right of this page.

Our publications reflect the work of the ICA in many countries. Books, Manuals and archives reflect some of the 40 years of learnings of the ICA, and seeks to disseminate practices in community development and the facilitation of groups and communities with the Technology of Participation (ToP). Many publications are sold exclusively through the ICA Resource Centre.
