The ICA Australia member network

comprises about 70 people, from varied professions and careers, who offer their services to help organise, run and implement ICA programs. Most of them are highly trained and experienced professional facilitators and trainers in ToP Facilitation skills.

Unlike most organisations, ICA Australia is a truly "networked" organisation, in that it does not have a single office focus. The ICA Australia members live and work in different professions, in a variety of locations ranging from remote communities to inner-city communities. This "virtual" existence is a great advantage on our island continent with vast spaces. There are minimal infrastructure costs and a very high percentage of every dollar spent on a project can be allocated to achieving results where they are most needed.

The ICA Australia membership profile includes students, educators, financial planners, print media professionals, banking, local government, sole business owners, master builders, IT workers and retired professionals. Some are poets, some are writers, some compose songs, others are listeners, questioners and mentors. Some facilitate change processes and some train people in these processes. All are committed to a unifying, common goal and purpose - to make the world a better place.
